I explained I had family coming in for the holidays and he was able to prioritize my need and offered to get out there ASAP. He actually came out himself with his crew and they were able to get everything opened and cleared. He suggested we line the main because of my homes age and all the roots so when the time comes he will be called for that as well. I appreciated his honesty and his attention to detail and clean up. After the holidays and having the whole family over my sink decided to back up… so the first people I saw I called and I couldn’t have been happier!
